The Aloha Ki Aikido Centre of Hawaii extends an invitation to you in celebrating this very special occasion, in honor of Maruyama Sensei's 50th Golden Anniversary in Aikido. This is a rare opportunity to meet and train with one of the great living masters of Aikido. After a 10-year, self-imposed period of intensive training in the philosophy, concept, and practice of “You Are Fundamentally Mind”, Master Koretoshi Maruyama has returned to establish Aikido Yuishinkai. Maruyama sensei presents a fresh approach to the practice of Aikido based on the philosophy of “positive mind” through Aikido training.

Reservations is limited to 150 Aikido participants.

Included in the three-day (July 12, 13, 14, 2007) program will be:

• Two half-days of training with Maruyama Sensei at the Kenshikan Dojo, Japanese Cultural Center of Hawaii. Lunches will be included.
  
• A five-hour bus tour of the island of Oahu for one person.
  
• A lavish Hawaiian Luau (party) for one person at the Paradise Cove, inclusive of bus transportation to/from the hotels, and an extravaganza entertainment (music, hula dances, fire dances).
  
• A special banquet to honor Maruyama Sensei at the Manoa Grand Ballroom on the evening of July 14, 2007.  Dinner, dances, entertainment, and recognition program will be provided. The Honolulu Jazz Band consisting of over 15 musicians will perform throughout the evening. (Interested persons, other than the participants are welcome to attend the special banquet by paying the banquet fee only)
